Back to Rehearsals
March 2009..start of being busy again with rehearsals and singing engagements. After my vacation in the Philippines for almost a month, here we are again...
I know that starting this month, it's going to be rehearsals every week until next month. Well..hmm..not too bad for now compared to how hectic my schedules were years ago. I like it this way since I won't be too tired and stressed out. I remembered there were times I had to juggle two or three singing engagements in a day.
Musika Ng Ating Buhay

I had a lot of fun being part of Mabuhay 2008. This was the first time we had a large Studio Six group and it was a big production. Rodney couldn't make it to this show because there were some problems with the recording studio computer, plus he needed to prepare for Sine-Sine musika the following weekend.
As for the performance, poor Alvin's character had to face my wrath.

A long early 2006

I'm so glad that finally, my new website is up and running! It's been a busy couple of months. Rodney Ronquillo and I put together a Christmas show in December that featured talents such as Jo Ann Tudor, Darius Ciria and a young newcomer - Anna Balagtas. Anna recently competed in the grand finals of Filipino Idol here in Toronto and although the winners were two of the other 7 contestants, we're still very proud of her. They were all very good singers for their age group.
Birthday
I gave Slumber, my cat a bath this morning. He was still quiet as usual while I was giving him a bath. Anyway, last night, Rodney and I went to Rice Cafe and was able to watch only the last featured artist. I forgot the band name but the singer was Sharen Martin. I almost did not recognize her because if her new hair color. I haven't seen her in a long time. I saw some old friends too like Toni, Pam, Joy, Cecillie & Jerome, Zasshy &; RJ, JP & Janet, Eric, Flo, Zad, Janey and so many to mention that I cannot remember right now.
