This team duo of Adult-Contemporary musicians, mainly the multi award-winning songstress Chyrell Samson and fairchild radio songwriting award-winning Rodney Ronquillo, will be putting together a family-oriented concert for the Christmas season at Toronto's comfy and acoustic-rich Heliconian Hall. Surprises are abound and there is magic.

There will be original songs performed by this duo, along with tradiational and popular Christmas music favorites. And more so, there is a fairy tale/storytelling, as well as gifts and prizes to be won! And be sure to participate in the Christmas sing-along as well. Family fun, song and laughter for everyone!

They will be joined by the local talents of:
The singing wonder with a heart, Josie De Leon, who is a very well known artist in the G.T.A with a powerful voice. She has performed in many events this year, including the Vehnee Saturno 25 years event in which she was the featured performer. She has also worked with famous Filipino artists such as Jose Marie Chan, and many others. Earlier this year, she performed with Chyrell and Rodney in the Rebuilding People's Lives Concert, which raised funds for the mudslide disaster relief efforts in the Philippines. This will be her first appearance in the Chyrell and Rodney Christmas Card.
The crooning vocals of Darius Ciria (a member of the Himig Pilipino Choral Ensemble) who has performed for Miss Manila Pageant 2005 and also has performed with Chyrell and Rodney for various events, including Mabuhay 2005 and also last year's Chyrell and Rodney Christmas Card. He returns to make this his second year in this Christmas concert.
The powerful vocal talent of youngster Anna Balagtas, who has performed in various events ranging from the Justice for Jeffrey Reodica fundraisers to Mabuhay Philippines 2006. She has performed on numerous occasions with Chyrell and Rodney and was a part of last year's Christmas Concert. This will be her second go around in this concert.

The female Filipino rockin' mamma Elvis impersonator Zena Zagala has performed in many events this year, alongside with Josie, Chyrell and Rodney in the Rebuilding People's Lives Concert. She is an audience favorite and has been invited to rock the stage for many live events. This will be her first appearance in the Chyrell and Rodney Christmas Card concert.

There are also additional guest appearances;

The concert will be graced with the sweet and amazing sounds of fiddler Alex Cheung, of Ear2Earmusic.com, who has performed with Rodney, Josie De Leon and Chyrell. Grace Pinon of the Our Lady of Lourdes choir will be accompanying the performers with her guitar gifts and has performed in large events with Chyrell, Rodney and Josie De Leon. Flutist Gary Yankech will be gracing the stage with the sounds of the wind instrument; he has performed for Rice-Cafe, as well as Josie De Leon's concert.

The concert will be coordinated by Toni Lam, founder of Ricebitz.com and Rice-cafe.com. Toni's credentials for successful event coordination speaks for itself, as she rejoins her friends Rodney (whom she produced the Rodney and Friends Concert in 2003) and Chyrell (whom she produced her 2004 Valentine's show.) She has also coordinated and produced the Rice-Cafe Tsunami relief fundraising concerts. She also coordinated last year's Chyrell and Rodney Christmas Card concert. All these events have been very successful. She will be coordinating the team for Saturday night's event.

Flo Pullon is the amazingly gifted and talented set designer for this concert. All the props and stage design are Flo's interpretation of a Christmas scene.

These students will help enrich the lives of children in Kenya and provide them with an opportunity to learn and to live a better life.
